Executive Director
Oversees the operation of the agency and supervises the staff. Handles budgetary, personnel, and legislative issues, as well as serving on numerous community committees and panels related to sexual assault.
 
Crisis Services Manager
Oversees the entire operations of the 24-hour hotline, including shift scheduling and volunteer advocate training. Conducts community trainings for local social services agencies and businesses on sexual assault topics.

Crisis Services Coordinator
Responsible for recruiting volunteers for the 24-hour hotline and board of directors, creating resource materials for sexual assault survivors, and tracking statistics. Assists Crisis Services Manager with duties.

Coordinator of Support Services
Establishes on-going support groups for male and female sexual assault survivors. Tracks use of services by towns and is responsible for requesting town funding. Serves as office manager.

SART Advocate
Responsible for leading York and Cumberland Counties' Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) to implement the protocol for first responders. Conducts community education and assists with SAFE training.

Sexual Assault Educator (2)
Provides sexual assault-related education to students in York & Cumberland counties from the fifth grade through college. Provides training on sexual assault topics to various agencies in the community.
