24TH ANNUAL CHOCOLATE LOVERS' FLING

The 24th Annual Chocolate Lovers' Fling was a sweet success putting a smile on the faces of hundreds of chocolate lovers!
With your help, we raised nearly $23,000 for Sexual Assault Response Services of Southern Maine (SARSSM). This allows SARSSM to continue providing support and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and their concerned others. It also supports prevention programs that promote safe and healthy relationships and awareness programs that break the silence surrounding the prevalence and impact of sexual assault.
This year's Chocolatiers served up a decadent array of chocolate delicacies that pleased even the most discerning chocolate pallet. There were culinary and celebrity judges on hand for the important task of rating each of the entries and choosing winners in several categories. The winners are listed below!
The Kids Korner was full of children waiting for an Eric Kruger balloon creation, facepainting, and to participate in the cookie decorating contest. Also on hand again this year was “Mousse” the Moose! We could not have put on such a large event without the generosity of local businesses and individuals to help us defray our expenses. It is through the support these individuals and businesses that SARSSM thrives, working toward our mission to end sexual violence through our educational programs, and ensuring that services are available to victim/survivors and all those affected by the crime of sexual assault.
